New to yoga or to the studio?
Either way you’re in good hands! Our amazing teachers are all experienced in offering modifications for beginner students while giving our more experienced yogis advanced options.
FOOD: it’s best to practice on an empty or nearly empty stomach. If it’s been many hours since your last meal, a light snack such as fruit, or energy bar is suggested.
WATER: it’s important to be well hydrated before you come to class. Please drink water, coconut juice or electrolyte enhanced beverages in the hours leading up to class.
WEAR: Loose or moisture-wicking tights or shorts and tops that won’t restrict your movements.

If you don’t have a yoga mat or towel – no problem! Both are complimentary on your first visit. We also have a fully stocked yoga shop with yoga mats and yoga may towels (perfect for travelers) available for purchase.

• food or chewing gum
• heavy perfumes or tanning lotion
So forget about your shoes, turn off your phone and leave your worries at the door. Your personal belongings may be safely stored in the crates provided before enter the main space. All you need is your mat, your body and an open mind.

• you have injuries or challenges we need to be aware of
• you’re pregnant
• you need to check-out early
• any other concerns you might have
Remember to HYDRATE! Please make sure to drink plenty of water, coconut water or electrolyte enhanced beverages. Take a warm shower or soak in the sea to prevent any muscle soreness. And please come back the next day! This will help ease out any tension and keep you committed to your goals.
