Aligned Flow & Power
Studio signature style created by owner & teacher Richelle. Expect to learn how to move your body in and out of the postures based on the Aligned Flow Method & Foundation. With cueing that makes sense, creative sequencing, awesome soundtracks and inspiring messages, you'll flow from a space of confidence and strength. Be prepared to move, sweat, surrender and be inspired while you take your practice to a whole new level. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Flow & Power
Our bodies were designed to move and without movement, we become stagnant. Our vinyasa classes will inspire you to move, play and explore on your mat. Find freedom in your movement, develop your connection to your breath and nourish your soul while you create your own expressive yoga dance. Your flow will depend on which teacher is teaching, but the studio basics will remain. Mindful, intelligent, alignment based. All levels welcome.
Based on the primary series of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. More movement, then alignment focus or cues. Suitable for yogis with a bit of mat time under their belt.
Hatha yoga describes the physical practice of yoga. The word “hatha” comes from the Sanskrit terms “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon”. This style of yoga is the base from where many other popular styles of yoga developed from (power, ashtanga, kundalini, etc). Expect a slower pace, alignment cues and pranayama. Perfect for beginners, weary travelers and yogis looking to refresh and/or deepen their practice.
