Whether you're a beginner yogi or one that's had more time to season on the mat, we've got a yoga class for you.

From vinyasa to traditional hatha to our signature Aligned Flow, we take traditional yoga philosophies and apply them to our classes in a way that’s approachable, modern and inspiring. Our classes are alignment focused, spiritually uplifting and intuitively led by an amazing tribe of teachers.

CLASS SCHEDULE & STYLES

*classes are 60 & 75 minutes in length and there’s no pre-booking required, but we do ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to secure a spot

ALIGNED FLOW

Studio signature style created by owner & teacher Richelle. Expect to learn how to move your body in and out of the postures based on the Aligned Flow Method & Foundation. With cueing that makes sense, creative sequencing, awesome soundtracks and inspiring messages, you'll flow from a space of confidence and strength. Be prepared to move, sweat, surrender and be inspired while you take your practice to a whole new level.  All levels welcome.

VINYASA FLOW

Our bodies were designed to move and without movement, we become stagnant. Our vinyasa classes will inspire you to move, play and explore on your mat. Find freedom in your movement, develop your connection to your breath and nourish your soul while you create your own expressive yoga dance. Your flow will depend on which teacher is teaching, but the studio basics will remain. Mindful, intelligent, alignment based.

ASHTANGA INSPIRED

Based on the primary series of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. More movement, then alignment focus or cues.
*Suitable for yogis with a bit of mat time under their belt.

HEALING FLOW

The blend of native music and ceremonial chants, with cleansing therapeutic plants burned during the class, will guide your yoga practice into a deep internal state to free your mind from its habitual patterns and thoughts. This will allow you to reborn into your natural state of calmness and love.

HATHA FLOW

Hatha yoga describes the physical practice of yoga. The word “hatha” comes from the Sanskrit terms “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon”. This style of yoga is the base from where many other popular styles of yoga developed from (power, ashtanga, kundalini, etc). Expect a slower pace, alignment cues and pranayama. Perfect for beginners, weary travelers and yogis looking to refresh and/or deepen their practice.

YOGA PLAY

Join Audra in a fun and creative class to help you master arm balances, inversions and playful variations of postures. This is an all levels class that will give you the foundation you need to build strength, open what needs to be opened and delve into pranayama (breath work) to help still the mind and overcome uncertainty. 

YIN YOGA

Deep release postures aimed to help you unblock and unwind. Use of props is usually a part of this practice and postures may be held for extending period of time to gain the most benefits.

FLY & FLOAT

Book your fly & float private workshop one-on-one or share with a partner or group. Learn how to take your balance or inversion practice to the next level. If you don't have one yet, this is the perfect place to start. Our Yoga Dicha master teachers will help you build a solid foundation so you can master your favourite balance or inversion posture or learn some new tricks.

RESTORATIVE YOGA

The 'gentle' cousin of yin. Unwind, destress and learn how to use props to deeply release into the practice. Restorative yoga is a beautiful way to slow down and become present.
