Candlelight Yoga Nidra

Join Mairi McInnes for an experience of deep relaxation, via candlelight and guided restorative Yoga Nidra experience. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely relaxing and powerful meditation technique.
The workshop will start with a few gentle and restorative stretches to prepare your body for stillness. You will then move into a supported lying position for the yogic sleep where you will enter a guided state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. And at the end you will have the opportunity to share your experience in the closing circle.
*participants will be given access to a free recording of a guided yoga nidra by Mairi so you can continue to explore this beautiful practice at home

About your guide
Mairi is a RYT 350 hour certified yoga and meditation teacher, who left the fast paced city hustle in the UK for a slower life in Mexico.
She is passionate about guiding practices that bring more balance and joy into our life, and making these practices accessible to all.
Mairi has taught and trained internationally and is returning to teach this month after taking some time out to welcome her twins into the world.
